The First 1,000 Days Intelligence Platform

We transform real-world experiences from pre-pregnancy through early childhood into powerful maternal and early-life intelligence.
Helping researchers and innovators unlock insights that were previously impossible to see.

A Longitudinal Maternal & Early-Life Dataset

Maternal and infant health remain among the most under-studied areas in medicine. Pregnant women are often excluded from clinical trials, leaving major gaps in understanding medication safety, nutrition, and early childhood development.
Amomi is building a longitudinal intelligence platform spanning pre-pregnancy to early childhood, turning real-world data into research-ready insights.

About Amomi

Amomi is a Maternal & Early Life Intelligence Platform dedicated to advancing knowledge and care during one of the most important periods of human life — from pre-pregnancy to early childhood.
Our mission is to build one of the largest longitudinal datasets spanning pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, baby development, and early childhood, helping researchers, healthcare organizations, and industry partners better understand maternal and infant health.
We focus on what scientists often call the first 1,000 days of life — from conception through a child’s second birthday. This window plays a critical role in lifelong health, development, and wellbeing. Yet historically, data from this period has been limited, fragmented, or difficult for researchers to access.
Through our platform, Amomi collects and standardizes anonymized, real-world health insights from families across this journey. By transforming everyday experiences into structured data, we aim to support better research, safer healthcare decisions, and more informed product development for maternal and child health.
Today, organizations such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration increasingly rely on real-world evidence to understand medication safety, health outcomes, and treatment effectiveness — particularly in pregnancy, where traditional clinical trials are often limited.
Amomi’s goal is to help bridge that gap by providing a trusted source of longitudinal maternal and early-life data that can accelerate research, improve healthcare innovation, and ultimately support healthier families worldwide.
